Upload Guide & Specifications
A comprehensive reference for Teleporter's zero-login transmission pipeline, 9-tier progressive Karma guardrails, single file upload capacities, and 10 lossless document rendering engines.
The 3-Step Zero-Login Pipeline
Uploads stream directly from your browser to Cloudflare R2 object storage via presigned S3 PUT requests with real-time byte tracking and rank-based quota verification.
Neon Postgres creates an ephemeral claim ticket with a collision-resistant slug. Share the URL with anyone — zero login walls, account creation, or OAuth popups.
Recipients enjoy rich client-side rendering: KaTeX math synthesis, Prism code highlighting, interactive CSV grids, PDF canvas pagination, and chunked media streams.
In-Browser File Creator & Direct Text Paste
Pastebin & ScratchpadCompose code, SQL, JSON, YAML, or markdown directly in the browser with real-time synchronized Prism syntax highlighting, line numbers gutter, and word wrap toggling.
Heuristic pattern recognition automatically identifies your language and extension upon typing or pasting (Cmd+V). Includes 8 instant boilerplates for scripts, notes, queries, and configs.
Synthesizes lossless File objects in memory and streams directly to Cloudflare R2 with custom filenames and retention periods. Fully optimized for responsive touch editing on mobile devices.
How to Earn Karma PTS & Advance Ranks
Transmitting manuscripts, code packages, datasets, or media relays grants +5 Karma PTS immediately to your station profile.
Once your recipient finishes downloading, deleting the ticket from your Dispatch Log frees R2 storage for the community and earns +10 Karma PTS.
Teleporter utilizes a rolling 30-day point freshness model to encourage active, continuous community stewardship and disk hygiene across the zero-login network.
Every point awarded (+5 PTS for dispatch, +10 PTS for purge) expires exactly 30 days (1 month) after its allocation timestamp.
Active transmission limits (e.g. 192 MB vs 384 MB) scale dynamically with your current active unexpired points balance (e.g. 250 PTS vs 505 PTS).
Your all-time peak rank achievement (e.g. 👑 Tier 5: Quantum Archon) is permanently recorded and immortalized on your Karma board.
localStorage with complete client anonymity.Payload Retention & Validity Scaling Matrix
Rank-Scaled Expiry RulesTicket validity is dynamically scaled according to file size and your active Karma rank. Large payloads receive strict expiration caps to protect the public server pool, while higher ranks unlock extended durations and higher thresholds for perpetual (“Never”) tickets.
| Tier & Rank | Karma PTS | Max File | Standard Retention Window | Heavy Payload Expiry Cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| #1 Relay Cadet | 0–49 PTS | 64 MB | Up to 7 Days (≤25 MB) | 24 Hours (>25 MB) |
| #2 Active Dispatcher | 50–149 PTS | 128 MB | Up to 14 Days (≤25 MB) | 48 Hours (>25 MB) |
| #3 Storage Custodian | 150–299 PTS | 192 MB | Up to 30 Days (≤50 MB) | 7 Days (>50 MB) |

| #5 Quantum Archon | 500–749 PTS | 384 MB | Up to 30 Days (≤100 MB) | 14 Days (>100 MB) |
| #6 Zero-Egress Pioneer | 750–1099 PTS | 448 MB | Up to 30 Days (≤200 MB) | 14 Days (>200 MB) |
| #7 Celestial Postmaster | 1100–1499 PTS | 512 MB | Up to 30 Days (≤256 MB) | 24 Hours (>256 MB) |
| #8 Omnipresent Overseer | 1500–1999 PTS | 512 MB | Up to 30 Days (≤256 MB) | 24 Hours (>256 MB) |
| #9 God Mode 👑 | 2000–3499 PTS | 512 MB | Up to 30 Days (≤256 MB) | 24 Hours (>256 MB) |
| #10 The Singularity | 3500+ PTS | 1024 MB (1.0 GB) | Up to 30 Days (≤256 MB) | 24 Hours (>256 MB) |
Teleporter operates within a 10.0 GB Cloudflare R2 pool. Auto-cleanup triggers at 8.5 GB (85% high-watermark), purging expired claim tickets in FIFO order.
Recipients download files directly from global Cloudflare edge workers without watermarks, bandwidth throttling, or paywalls.

Multi-Device Node Linking & Cluster Fleet Protocol
Zero-Login SyncTeleporter assigns every browser and physical device a unique, collision-resistant Device Node ID (e.g. DEV-8B3F1A20). Without creating an account or entering passwords, you can link your secondary devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops) to your primary workstation to share earned Karma PTS, elevated transfer limits (up to 1.0 GB), and burst bandwidth in real time.
On your primary device, click the Station Badge or open the VIP Perks & Telemetry panel. Click Copy Node ID to grab your unique device cryptographic identifier.
Open Teleporter on your phone, tablet, or secondary laptop. In the Telemetry panel, enter the Host Node ID into the Link Node ID input and confirm. The satellite instantly inherits the host's VIP perks and Karma matrix.
Each Host Node supports a maximum of 3 connected satellite devices (total fleet = 1 Host + 3 Satellites). You can monitor connected peers in real time, unlink anytime, or revoke rogue devices remotely.
Your native Node ID is permanently preserved in dual-storage fallback. If you unlink a satellite, it instantly restores its original identity and native points ledger with zero loss of host data.
Hosts maintain complete administrative authority to revoke any satellite peer from their cluster box. Satellites can cleanly disconnect at will without exposing credentials.
Community Civic Protocol & Content Safety
Shared ResponsibilityTeleporter provides a zero-friction transmission pipeline for documents, code, LaTeX math, and media without sign-in barriers or tracking algorithms. To ensure this utility remains 100% free, fast, and accessible for everyone, our platform operates on mutual respect and shared civic hygiene.
Zero third-party marketing cookies, tracking pixels, or data profiling. Your documents and transmissions remain shielded and private.
Because server storage is community-shared, please delete unneeded dispatches once transferred. Deleting freed tickets awards +10 Karma PTS.
Vulgar, abusive, pirated, or malicious content is strictly prohibited. Executables (.exe, .bat, .cmd, etc.) are blocked at upload.
All claim tickets feature a 1-click "Report Payload" action. Tickets with 2 reports or malware triggers are instantly quarantined from public access.
Teleporter uses zero advertising cookies, but relies on local browser storage for accountless operation. Clearing browser cookies or site data will:
- Clear Active Dispatches: Your dispatched tickets list will vanish from your local tray (files stay in R2 until countdown expires).
- Reset Node ID & Linked Fleet: Your
DEV-XXXXidentity and multi-device satellite pairings will reset. - Reset Karma PTS Ledger: Local visual points balance clears until new uploads/syncs register.
- Reset Drafts: Active scratchpad drafts and modal acknowledgments will revert to initial state.
- IP Masking: Client network IPs are hashed using SHA-256 for sliding-window rate limit defense and never stored as raw plaintext in telemetry logs.
- Zero Tracking: No analytics cookies, third-party trackers, pixel beacons, or tracking scripts are ever loaded.
- Content Safety & Abuse Defense: Prohibited executable binaries (
.exe,.bat,.cmd, etc.) are blocked at upload time. Recipients can report malicious tickets with 1-click, triggering automatic quarantine holds. - Ephemeral Security: Tickets expire automatically according to chosen validity timetables and are irreversibly deleted from Cloudflare R2 storage.
